Purpose & Responsibility
Crave Genius uses information to respond to inquiries, deliver agreed services, manage client work, and improve how this website supports your business.
This policy covers cravegenius.com and the Client Room. Creenagh Flynn is the contact for privacy questions: cf@cravegenius.com.
Measurement With Purpose
We measure which pages and sections are viewed, which benefits and links are opened, how forms progress, and where errors occur. These signals help us improve clarity, accessibility, functionality, and the effectiveness of the business.
Before consent or after declining cookies: Google Analytics receives limited measurement events with Analytics storage denied. Its consent mode does not read or write Analytics cookies in this state. We use these signals for aggregate measurement.
After allowing cookies: Google Analytics may use a browser identifier stored in cookies to connect activity across pages and visits. This supports more detailed journey and return visit reporting.
Cookieless does not mean that no information is sent. Google receives event and technical request information, which can include the page, browser information, request time, and IP address needed to process the request. We do not supply a custom user ID, customer ID, or an identity from the Client Room.
Our measurement code strips query strings and fragments from reported page addresses and excludes private account and authentication routes. Approved campaign labels may be used for traffic attribution. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, uploaded documents, or message text as Analytics event fields. We do not use session replay or record your screen.
Google Signals, advertising personalization, and advertising storage are disabled in this implementation. Activity counts are not proof of a purchase or a completed inquiry, and browser blocking can limit coverage.
Consent & Control
Allow Cookies enables optional Google Analytics cookies. Decline keeps Analytics storage denied and retains cookieless measurement. You can change your choice through Analytics Settings in the footer. We store that preference on your device so you do not have to repeat it on each page.
Declining optional Analytics cookies does not prevent you from using the website or Client Room. Essential account and security storage is separate from optional measurement. Your browser can also block cookies or measurement requests.
Information You Share
When you inquire about services, apply to work with us, or use the Client Room, you may provide contact details, business information, project goals, feedback, documents, and billing information. We use this information for the purpose you provide it for, such as a project conversation, agreed delivery, or account administration.
Some public forms prepare a message in your email application. Preparing that message does not send it. You choose whether to send it. Information submitted through the Client Room is handled within the authenticated workspace.
Private Client Room pages and draft review files are excluded from this public website Analytics implementation. Client documents and form responses are not Analytics inputs.
Storage, Access & Retention
We use service providers to host the website, authenticate accounts, store project material, process email, and provide measurement. These include Amazon Web Services, Supabase for the Client Room, and Google Analytics for public website measurement. Where you use an external communication or payment service, that provider also handles information under its own terms.
Our hosting and Analytics providers may process information outside Canada. We limit access to the people and services needed to operate the business and deliver the work.
We use access controls for private client workspaces and limit the information included in measurement. These controls reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep inquiries and project records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Current Google Analytics settings retain event data for two months and user data for fourteen months. The user retention period resets with new activity. These controls do not remove most aggregate reporting. We review retained information and remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations.
Questions & Requests

We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes to how optional information is used will be explained where you make the relevant choice.
