Choose the destination before the export

The motion choices in this service distinguish a social version for reel dimensions, a commercial version for screen resolution, and a 4K version. Record the actual destination and required dimensions in the brief, including any additional versions you need.

A vertical 9:16 composition and a widescreen 16:9 composition provide different spaces for the artwork. Plan the placement of the logo and supporting message for each. Check the receiving platform or production team’s specifications before final delivery.

Give the ending a clear job

Decide what the viewer should recognize and remember. That could be the brand name, a short line or a next step. Agree on the sequence, how the logo appears and how long the final frame remains visible.

Review the ending attached to the content it will accompany. The rhythm of a reveal can feel different after a fast reel than after a slower commercial. The transition into the closing scene is part of the design.

Treat sound and silence as separate checks

If sound is part of the piece, define its role and confirm the assets available for the project. Review the animation without sound as well. The business name and intended message should remain understandable in the situations where the audience watches silently.

Keep an approved still frame for static uses and for contexts where motion is unsuitable. For interactive web experiences, consider reduced-motion preferences; W3C’s guidance explains why some users need a way to disable non-essential interaction-triggered animation.

Be precise about what 4K means for the delivery

Write down the required pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, file format and destination. Confirm those requirements with the receiving production team. When YouTube is the destination, its published upload-encoding recommendations provide a useful technical reference.

Review the approved source artwork, small lettering, edges and color at the intended output size. If you need transparent artwork, different backgrounds or extra compositions, include those requirements when agreeing on scope.

Keep the motion inside the brand system

Document which logo arrangement, colors, type and supporting line belong in the closing scene. Specify the approved versions so a future editor can choose the correct file without recreating the effect.

Explore the motion-logo examples, then bring the destinations and number of versions you need to your brief. That gives the project a concrete starting point for a tailored quote.
