CRAVE GENIUS / CLOUD GENIUS

How a Cloud Genius Works

A clear experience outside. Approved knowledge and connected work behind it.

One experience connects several kinds of work.

Cloud Genius starts with a customer journey and a business purpose. We define who is using it, what they need to understand, and what should happen after they act. The technology follows those requirements.

The visible layer includes your identity, copy, imagery, motion, navigation, and tools. Behind it sit the information and processes that make the experience useful to your team. Every project needs an appropriate combination of these parts.

Your knowledge gives the system context.

We identify approved information: your services, products, operating rules, expertise, and common questions. We also identify who maintains it. An answer is only useful if the information behind it remains appropriate.

Business preparation can involve curated documents, retrieval from approved sources, configured instructions, examples, and task specific evaluations. Model training or tuning is a separate choice where it is justified. These are different techniques, and I choose them for the purpose.

Actions need rules and responsibility.

A completed inquiry might create a request, prepare a brief, suggest a route, or alert a specialist. Each action needs clear inputs, access permissions, and an owner. Sensitive or uncertain decisions need an appropriate review point.

For a service business, that could mean collecting the job details before dispatch. For a hotel, it could mean connecting a guest’s interests to a relevant booking pathway. The exact integrations and actions are agreed in the project scope.

Testing turns a concept into useful support.

We test normal requests, missing information, misleading instructions, exceptions, and the points where the system should ask for help. We check whether the intended task can be completed and whether the handoff gives your team what it needs.

Delivery can mean Build, Train the Team and Handoff, or Build, Develop and Manage Ongoing. Both require clear ownership. Ongoing work adds a process for reviewing performance, maintaining knowledge, and deciding what to develop next.
